Once reigning over the dynamic realm of real estate investment, Alex focused on the Fix/Flip space from 2011 to 2022. He single-handedly revolutionized the space with his niche, later explained, amassing an astonishing company history of over 1000 fix & flips in the residential space along with a joint venture arm allowing others in the industry to utilize his 4+ million buyers database to expedite their sales in a win/win scenario. 

With a niche focus on mobile homes and lands in burgeoning sub-markets around Tampa, Alex deftly expanded his reach across an expansive 11 counties predominantly focused on Tax Deed auctions for the initial 8 years of his career. At his peak, he simultaneously managed between 15-25 projects utilizing his own in-house curated renovation teams to streamline his average renovation to a mere 14 days turnaround. Alex’s commendable entrepreneurial spirit also led him to establish a formidable call center in Bacoor, Philippines. Boasting a diligent staff of over 250 virtual-based employees managed with local staff and allowing other investors to hire and utilize the proprietary systems and processes he had generated for large volume motivated lead generation. 

In a daring pivot in December 2022, Alex shook the very foundations of his career. He sold his thriving real estate businesses to embark on a bold new journey, turning his sights to the vibrant world of the Oil & gas industry with zero experience and a new challenge to overcome. 

Currently an active operator in Texas, Alex is accelerating growth in the space by acquiring other companies’ portfolios. As of August 2023, over 100 wells across 22 leases have been acquired, with plans for the end of the year to be over 250 wells acquired. Outside of her extensive career, she also enjoys traveling and spending time on the beach.

Carlos Caballero is an experienced sales leader who transferred from the Real Estate Investment space where he was a leading force in the Tampa Bay area for the past 7 years.

With the better half of 1,000 transactions to his name, Carlos is bringing that same energy and sales insight to the oil and gas sector with One World Petroleum.

Carlos was so successful in Real Estate due to his focus on cultivating and maintaining relationships with Tampa Bay’s most successful real estate professionals. He vows to bring that same attention to detail and relationship focused sales style to the Oil and Gas Industry.

Outside of his work life, Carlos trains Muay Thai to stay in shape and to keep his mind sharp, as well as, occasionally going out dancing Bachata and Salsa with his wife and son!

Daryl Baylor is a highly accomplished professional with a plethora of knowledge and experience in upstream E&P. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the esteemed University of Texas, where his passion for the industry first took root.

Throughout his professional journey, he has primarily focused on reservoir engineering, developing and utilizing his expertise in economic evaluations, reservoir characterization, and field development planning. However, his skills extend far beyond the day-to-day grind of a reservoir engineer, as he has also excelled as an asset manager, overseeing multiple facets of field operations, production optimization, and vendor relations management. 

With over 13 years of industry experience, he has honed his skills and gained valuable insights by working for a variety of operators ranging from independent producers to publicly traded companies across several prolific basins, including the Permian, Fort Worth, and Western Anadarko. This exposure has allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of different operating environments, geologic challenges, and asset evaluation techniques. 

Driven by a passion for science and leveraging his multidisciplinary skill set, he has consistently delivered outstanding analyses throughout his career. His ability to combine engineering, geology, and business acumen enables him to make informed decisions that positively impact the bottom line. When Daryl isn’t a complete nerd, he enjoys singing and writing music on his guitar and being in the great outdoors.
